Who we are
An idea of wellness that feels like home
La Corte Wellness was born in Brescia from a simple question: why should feeling good feel like a duty? We wanted a place where wellness is a pleasure you settle into, not a box you tick.
Our vision holds three words together: Body, Mind and Heart. Because moving is not enough if your head is still racing and your heart is somewhere else. At La Corte, every experience (from the Reformer to massages, from acro yoga to body analysis) speaks to all three.
A thousand square metres at Via Codignole 40, just a short drive from Lake Garda, with 180 free parking spaces. Wood, stone, natural light and greenery: a space designed to let your shoulders drop the moment you walk in.
