The movement studios are wide and bright: here the Reformer and the new Megareformer await in calm and order, with greenery beyond the glass. The recovery rooms are more intimate: soft lighting, warmth, hushed voices.
And then the spaces in between: the courtyard, the passageways, the quiet corners where you can pause with a herbal tea. Because the time between one experience and the next is part of your wellbeing too.
