Programme · Sleep & Recovery

Recovery isn't a luxury. It's maintenance.

For anyone who sleeps badly and wakes up already tired: we bring the nervous system down a gear, rediscover deep sleep and the recovery that truly recharges.

Who it's for

For anyone whose mind won't switch off

You fall asleep late, wake in the dead of night, and by morning you're more tired than when you went to bed. The body stays on alert even when you long to rest: recovery never arrives, and neither does the energy.

The Sleep & Recovery path works exactly here. We read the balance between tension and recovery, then with heat, breath and skilled hands we teach the nervous system to truly slow down. Because it's in rest that you regenerate.

What happens in the body

A nervous system that slows down

Real recovery runs through the parasympathetic system, the part that lets you switch off. Breath and heat wake it back up, and the revs drop.

Heat that melts tension away

Infrared light relaxes the muscles deep down and prepares the body for rest. Tension loosens its grip.

Deeper sleep

When tension falls, sleep becomes more unbroken and restful. You wake up genuinely recharged.

Why it works

Good sleep is built during the day

Sleep can't be forced: it's prepared. That's why we don't start from the night, but from the pace of the nervous system through the day. Stay tense right up to the evening and the body forgets how to switch off.

Heat, gentle movement and skilled hands teach the body to slip back into the parasympathetic state, recovery mode. That's where sleep turns deep and the morning hands you your energy back.

The stages of the programme

01

The first meeting

A conversation with the person who'll guide you: how you sleep, when you wake, how well your body manages to relax and recharge. Your starting point.

02

Heat that releases

Infrared Matwork: gentle movement and red heat that melt away built-up tension, effortlessly.

03

Hands that loosen the knots

Targeted massage to drop the shoulders and bring the body back into the parasympathetic state. The deep release.

04

The habits of sleep

Rhythms, breath and evening rituals. Then we take stock of your recovery: you feel the progress in your sleep and in your energy when you wake.

The result

You wake up genuinely rested

In the end you fall asleep more easily and wake up genuinely rested, with a lighter head and days that feel less uphill.

And your sleep shows it: the body has learned to slow down. From there, good sleep stops being a stroke of luck and becomes your normal.

Frequently asked questions

From the signs that truly matter: how long it takes you to fall asleep, how often you wake, how much energy you start the day with, how much tension you feel in the evening. We talk about it at every step and adjust the programme accordingly.

The path works on the conditions for good sleep: less tension, a calmer nervous system, a body that knows how to switch off. It isn't a medical service and we don't treat sleep disorders: any clinical matter should be referred to your trusted doctor.

We build the pace together, usually over eight to twelve weeks, with a check-in at the end to see the progress.

Two sessions a week are ideal, between heat, gentle movement and recovery. The calendar adapts to you.
